Record-breaking three centuries drive SP to convincing win over KPK

ukhtar Ahmed, Sohaib Mqasood, and Hussain Talat scored a century each to help Southern Punjab (SP) chase down 317 runs against Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK) in their fifth match in Pakistan Cup.

Set to chase 317 runs, SP lost Umer Siddique earlier on the sum of just 13 runs. But, who knew a record breaking day awaited SP. Their three batters scored a century each, and it happened for the first time in the history of List A.

Mukhtar and Sohaib scored 173 runs together to take SP from 13-1 to 173-1. Sohaib scored 101 runs off 58 balls with the help of 11 boundaries and seven sixes before falling to Asif Afridi.
