The figure of registered citizens on Pakistan Citizen Portal has reached 2.8 million.
According to details, as Pakistan Citizen Portal (PCP) continues to gain popularity among people, the number of its users has crossed 2.8 million.
According to the data released by the Prime Minister office on Thursday, millions of people confirmed getting relief through this system.
Moreover, more than 1.5 million people commented on the portal to get their issues addressed.
As per data, out of 2.3 million complaints registered on the portal, 2.2 million were addressed and resolved by concerned authorities.
As per province-wise break, 976482 complaints have been resolved so far out of 1038351.
The complaints addressed include 976,482 of Punjab, 266,276 of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, 149,898 of Sindh and 20,031 of Balochistan and 781,094 of federation.
Regarding the overseas, 107,555 complaints of overseas Pakistanis were timely addressed. The Prime Minister office stated that it is because of the public confidence on the citizen portal that it has become voice of overseas Pakistanis.
Pakistan Citizen’s Portal was established by Prime Minister Imran Khan on November 01 and it has become the most popular platform used by the public to register complaints against various government departments.
This portal enables citizens to convey their complaints to high officials followed by Prime Minister’s Office readdressal of those complaints.
