Azadi March: Private schools to remain closed in Islamabad tomorrow


In the wake of JUI-F led Azadi March which will head towards Islamabad, the private schools will remain closed tomorrow in federal capital on Thursday.
According to the issued notification, all private schools in Islamabad will remain closed tomorrow.

The marchers, who are scheduled to enter Islamabad on October 31, will leave for their final destination, which is Islamabad, from Lahore today.

Azadi March entered Lahore on Wednesday as Jamiat Ulema Islam Fazl (JUI-F), supremo, Fazlur Rehman demanded the release of all political prisoners.

Members of JUI-F turned out in huge numbers to welcome the participants of Azadi March. Likewise, members of PPP and PML-N were also present on the occasion.

While addressing zealots, Fazl added that they were going to Islamabad to send rulers packing.

“Drama of accountability is being staged to achieve political objectives”, Fazl was quoted as saying.

Fazl urged Prime Minister (PM) Imran Khan to tender resignation before arrival of Azadi March in Islamabad. He added, “All political parties are united on one platform.”

Meanwhile, charged participants raised anti-govt slogans.

The anti-government Azadi March set out on Sunday afternoon from Karachi’s Sohrab Goth area will enter Islamabad on October 31 where JUI-F has planned to stage a sit-in.
